Her areas of specialty include strategic planning, corporate governance, leadership and organizational development, succession planning, management assessment, executive recruitment and executive coaching. Kathy is a graduate of UBC (BA Honours English), and an alumnus of the executive education programs at Ivey School of Business, Royal Roads and UBC Sauder School of Business.
