Maureen is a Human Resources generalist with more than 20 years of experience working with private, public and not-for-profit organizations.  As an HR Business Consultant at Vancity, Maureen provided HR expertise for internal clients, including all aspects of recruitment services for professional, management and executive roles. As a Management Consultant at The Harris Consulting Group (Winnipeg), Maureen recruited professional, management and executive roles for a wide variety of organizations. Her competencies also include performance management, employee relations, organization and job design, HR policy development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits administration.

Since 2013, as a Senior Associate of McLaughlin & Associates, Maureen has directly supported clients in the areas of assessments, HR and executive search, and provides project support for strategic planning, governance, and organization development engagements.

Maureen graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.B.A. and completed a Certificate in Human Resource Management at the University of Manitoba. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
